Every appointment is centered around a luxury experience with healthy hair care, customized treatments, and attention to every detail. Hair-included services are available for a seamless, stress-free luxury experience. Booking Schedule Bookings open every 15th @12pm EST of the month for the following month’s appointments. Before Booking • Consultations are required for smoothing treatment and hair color services. Failure to do this can lead to a cancellation. • Hair-included appointments must be booked at least 7 business days in advance. • If you’re providing your own extensions, they must be clean and shampooed before your appointment. • Your natural hair must be 4–6 inches long for extension services. • Clients must be 16 years or older to book. Healthy hair is my priority. Recommendations for treatments or trims may be made based on your hair’s condition to ensure the best results.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total using the card on file.
If the card on file is declined or the cancellation fee remains unpaid, the outstanding balance must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in restricted access to future bookings.
